Purpose and nature of the information

This site is informational and commercial in nature. It describes CERTIAE activity in the technical, documentary and commercial management of energy savings and their use within the Spanish Energy Savings Certificates system (Sistema CAE).

CERTIAE is not a public body, an accredited verification entity or an issuing authority for Energy Savings Certificates. The information published here is not a binding offer, nor technical, legal, tax or investment advice, and on its own creates no contractual relationship.

References to measures, savings or processes are descriptive. Whether a specific measure is eligible, how the saving is quantified and whether it can eventually be evidenced depend on the requirements in force at the time and on the involvement of the competent parties within the system.

Terms of use

Access to this site is free of charge and requires no registration. Users undertake to use it in accordance with the law, this legal notice and good faith.

Any use that could damage the site, disrupt its normal operation, overload it, introduce malicious code, systematically extract its content or harm third-party rights is prohibited. CERTIAE may suspend access without prior notice in the event of misuse.

Intellectual and industrial property

The contents, trademarks, logos, texts, images, design and code of this site are protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belong to CERTIAE or to third parties who have authorised their use.

CERTIAE Green Badge

The CERTIAE Green Badge is a private mark owned by CERTIAE. It is not an official seal issued by the public administration and does not replace an Energy Savings Certificate or verification by an accredited entity.

Its use requires the express prior authorisation of CERTIAE and compliance with the terms and graphic manual provided in each case. CERTIAE may revoke that authorisation in the event of misuse or of incorrect information associated with the mark.

Liability

CERTIAE aims to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or that content remains current, particularly regarding the applicable regulatory framework, which may change.

CERTIAE accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of the information contained on this site, nor for damages arising from interruptions, technical faults or unavailability of the service, without prejudice to liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.
