Every deal arrives with its case file up front
CERTIAE commercialises energy savings generated by efficiency measures that have already been assessed and structured. Each transaction comes with information on the origin of the saving, its type, documentary status, available evidence and the terms for transfer or acquisition.
The aim is to give the buyer an orderly basis for assessment, reducing documentary uncertainty and speeding up commercial discussions with authorised participants.
